FG Condoles South Korea Over Death Of 179 Passengers In Jeju Air Flight Crash

The Federal Government has express its condolences to the Government and People of the Republic of Korea over the fatal crash of Jeju Air Flight 2216 that claimed 179 lives.

This was contained in a statement signed by the acting Spokesperson, Kimiebi Ebienfa and made available to Channel Network Afrique, CNA.

According to the statement,
there were two survivors out of the 181 people on board the Boeing 737-800 operated by Jeju Air,  returning from Bangkok, Thailand that skidded off the runway and crashed into a wall in a fiery explosion at the Muan International Airport in the southern part of the country.

Nigeria however, sympathizes with the Government of South Korea and the families of the victims of the deadly plane crash.
