CAC Launches Service Charter To Aid Ease Of Doing Business
The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has launched its service charter to improve the ease of doing business in Nigeria.
The Registrar General, CAC, Alhaji Garba Abubukar who recently unveiled the service charter to the public said it was intended to create awareness among stakeholders on how to access its services, complaints procedures, and customer obligations.
He said the Commission has continuously engaged its customers with a view to improving service delivery.
Alhaji Abubakar who advised the stakeholders to familiarize themselves with the contents of the charter expressed CAC’s commitment to providing prompt and efficient service in line with global best practices.
Commending the milestone achievement recorded by the Commission, the National Coordinator, Servicom, Nnena Akajemeli, urged other agencies to emulate the good example of CAC.
Represented by a management staff, Ngozi Akinbodewa, the SERVICOM Scribe enjoined CAC Customers to utilize the opportunity provided by the charter.
She however, used the forum to commend the CAC for being among the top government agencies providing prompt and efficient service delivery to customers, even amidst some challenges.
