Ahead of the 2025 Anambra Governorship Election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the commencement of the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) for those who registered during the recent Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise in the state.
According to a statement issued by Mrs. Victoria Eta-Messi, Director of Voter Education and Publicity, the PVC collection exercise will run from Wednesday, 22nd October to Sunday, 26th October 2025.
