Candidates of the Nigerian Ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) President Muhammadu Buhari and that of the leading opposition party Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar were absent at summit put up for presidential candidates on violence free election. The summit organized by Presidential Summit Centre in collaboration with Forum of Presidential Candidates in Abuja had about twenty candidates in attendance. At the summit, speaker after speaker emphasised need for a hitch free electoral process.
