About 2,892 Pentecostals have been trained by a non governmental organization, Priests Peace and Justice Initiative (PPJ), a social arm of Palace of PRIESTS ASSEMBLY church as part of its agenda to promote zero tolerance for corruption among christians.
The Project Director, pastor Otive Igbuzor disclosed this in Abuja at a One–Day Public Presentation of PPJ year two report of the Mobilizing Christians Against Corruption.
According to him, spearheading the campaign from the pulpit will go along way to instill zero tolerance for corruption in the society at Large.
Reading the content of the report, pastor Ejiro Igbuzor pointed out that the campaign against corruption by the Priests Peace and Justice Initiative has made Pentecostal churches to start owning the fight against corruption in Nigeria.
The Chairman, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, FCT, Isaac Komolafe in his remarks, the initiative attributing it to one of the key mandate of the church.
The initiative which is in its third year according to the organisers is to inspire renewed commitment, collaboration, and an unwavering dedication to their shared goal of reducing corruption through the principles of Christianity.
