The decision by the federal government to prosecute the chief justice of Nigeria, justice Walter Onnoghen for non declaration of his assets has continued to attract reactions from Nigerians . One of such Nigerian is Elderstatesman,Chief Edwim Clark who condemned the trial saying its a disgrace to Nigeria as a nation. Clark in his analysis faulted the process that led to the CJN summon to the code of conduct tribunal.
