The National Chairman, All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, says due to the strategic position of Anambra State, it should have been in the front burner of Nigerian politics.
He said this in Abuja, at the inauguration of the Anambra State APC consultative council.
The APC National Chairman emphasised that the party cannot continue to allow Anambra to remain on the sidelines of Nigerian politics, hence the need for all to work in unity for the actualization of this mission of claiming the state.
He noted that, the national body has perfected plans towards achieving victory in the 2025 Anambra governorship election. The Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Uju Kennedy promised to support the party to win next year’s polls in the state.
The Anambra State APC Chairman, Basil Ejidike, said the council will mobilize stakeholders for the party’s victory in the forthcoming governorship.
