The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has commenced the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with over 2 million candidates expected to sit for the entrance examination.
A visit to some of the Computer Based Test Centers in Abuja metropolis indicates that candidates arrived as early as 6am for the morning session of the examination.
Some of them in a chat with CNA News after the examination reported a smooth and hitch-free experience.
Meanwhile, the supervisor, Sascon International School CBT center Maitama, Abuja Dr Emmanuel Adaji faulted parents for some of the challenges their wards encounter during the UTME.
He further cited reasons why some candidates were assigned centres outside their chosen examination towns.
The UTME is expected to come to an end on May 5.
