More aspirants have continued to declare interest to run for the 2023 Presidential election on the Platform of the ruling All Progressive Congress APC.
This time, it was the turn of former National Chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole.
The former Edo State Governor said he decided to join the presidential race as part of efforts to change the narrative of political governance in the country.
Speaking at the occasion of his declaration in Abuja, Oshomole indicated plans to fix all sectors of the economy as well as ensure a stable academic calendar for public universities thereby ending frequent strike action by Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) .
The Edo born politician also promised to initiate policies that will ensure remittances effective utilisation of resources.
Oshiomhole further expressed optimism of having what it takes to run the affairs of the country.
