The Nigerian Government has launched what it termed project 100. Project 100 is an oil and gas intervention to identify and nurture its indigenous oil and gas service providers into large scale players that will create higher impact in the economy of the most black populous nation in the world. The brain behind the project, Minister of State for Petroleum, Emmanuel Ibekachikwu gave an insight o what propelled him into the project.
