Nigerian farmers may experience a tough farming season this year going by the prediction of a lower than normal rainfall in all parts of the country by the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet). The Agency further advised those living in northern part of the country to expect late start of the rains. Presenting Nimet 2019 Seasonal Rainfall Prediction in Abuja, the Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika, said most of the northern states would experience early end of growing season .
