The International Association of World Peace of the United Nations, has conferred on Barrister Halimatu Sadiya Mohammad, award of International Eminent peace Ambassador. Presenting the award, the Country Director, International Association of World Peace, Professor Chidi Ehiriodo, said the awardee was picked due to her selfless service especially in improving the lives of the less privileged women and children at the grassroots level of the society. He also said the body is partnering with the Legislative arm of government to ensure that the country meet its obligations of the Sustainable Development Goals. Barrister Halima on her part, express gratitude and also encourage youths to work harder.
