The Nigerian Government is partnering its Korean counterpart in the area of investment and transfer of technology. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Amb. Zubairu Dada who made this known to news men after a close door meeting with the first Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, South Korea, Choi Jong Kun who was on tour to western Africa countries said discussion on how to further deepen cooperation and ties in the political, economic, defence, education was also considered. He said that there was need for Africa to put in place measures in tackling the escalating rate of global terrorism especially in the western and central region of the continent. The Korean Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Choi Kong Kun assured of the commitment of his Government in securing stability in the costal region. The Nigerian and Korean Government will consummate their bilateral relationship at the forth coming sixth Joined Commission scheduled for October this year in South Korea.
