FG Begins Level 4 Diploma Course On Int’l Trade For 26 Nigerians
Nigerian Export Promotion Council has commenced the maiden edition of fully operational online Level 4 Diploma Course in International Trade for about 26 staff from across its offices in the country. The course is in conjunction with the International Trade Centre, Geneva and the Institute of Export and International Trade, London. Delivering his keynote address, the Executive Director, NEPC, Olusegun Awolowo, represented by the Director, Products Development, William Ezeagu said the programme will equip participants with procedures and requirements for successful career in International Trade at a time trade strategies, business models have suffered severe disruptions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier, some stakeholders spoke on the the significance of the training to Nigeria as a major player in Export and International Trade. The selected participants with academic background in economics, legal, marketing, logistics, accounting, environment, social sciences among other disciplines were drawn from Abuja, Akure, Calabar, Katsina to mentioned but a few.
