Just In: Justice Walter Onnoghen Dares FG, Absent At Code of Conduct Tribunal

The much anticipated arraignment of the Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Walter Onnoghen at the code of conduct tribunal in Abuja did not take place. At the commencement of the trial, the defence counsel,Wole Olanipekun informed the court about the absence of the the CJN based on a subsisting motion before the federal high court challenging the jurisdiction of the tribunal to hear the matter.
