As activities to commemorate the National Children’s Day commence across the country, the Executive Secretary, Universal Basic Education commission (UBEC), Dr Hamid Bobboyi, has applauded Nigerian children for their resilience in spite of cases of insecurity and other challenges in schools. Bobboyi gave the Indication at an interactive session with Newsmen in Abuja. The UBEC boss commended the children for the ability to learn in the midst of challenges like insecurity, Covid-19 among others. Bobboyi however assured of efforts by the commission in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure every Nigerian child acquired education.
