The Nigerian Communications Commission NCC has assured of regular interface with telecom service providers to ensure unlimited data bundles are not capped. Director, Consumer Affairs Bureau Efosa Idehen in a short video posted at the Commission social media platforms said the gesture is in view of complaints by consumers that their unlimited data bundles are being capped by telecom Service Providers. He said the Commission is on top of the situation, inline with it’s mandate as regulator of the sector to ensure the rights of all stakeholders are protected. He further stated the NCC commitment to ensure continuous sanity in the telecommunications sector.
