Alhaji Aminu Umar Radda, the younger brother to Alhaji Dikko Radda, DG SMEDAN, has died from gunshot injuries he sustained.
Late Radda was shot on the leg by bandits the night his elder brother, the Village Head of Radda was kidnapped last week.
Late Radda was admitted to a hospital in Kano where bullets were removed from his leg.
His death came as a great shock to the people of Radda town who were celebrating the freedom of their village head, Alhaji Kabir Umar Radda.
A family member, Mustapha Radda confirmed that late Radda died of complications from injuries he sustained during his elder brother’s abduction.
“He will be buried here in his hometown, Radda,” Mustapha said.
