The Independent National Electoral Commission has raised fears over the current shutdown of Academic activities in the nation’s universities by the Academic Staff Union of Universities.ASUU INEC National Commissioner incharge of Media and Publicity ,Festus Okoye who gave the indication at a one day seminar on media and gender sensitive reporting of Elections in Abuja said the development if not quickly resolved might affect the conduct of the 2019 general elections.
