Nigeria-Algeria Lobby For Debt Cancellation, Availability of COVID-19 Vaccine In Africa
In line with the existing relationship between Nigeria and Algeria, the federal government says more need to be done in the area of security, economic tie in order to enhance the African continent’s stability, growth and development. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffery Onyeama, made this known in Abuja when the Algerian delegation led by its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sabri Boukadoum paid him a courtesy visit. He said the two countries have a major role to play in Africa’s multilateral engagements with international organizations in critical discussions that bothers on debt cancellation and availability of COVID-19 vaccine to countries in the African continent.
