The #End SARS protest may have come and gone but it’s memories lives on. This is as Nigerians anxiously awaits the outcome of the various ongoing judicial panel of inquiries as well as the federal government response to the demands of the protesters. Addressing a news conference in Abuja, the Conference of civil society of Nigeria wants Nigerians to take advantage of the various dispute mechanism initiative of government to address their grievances. While making case for peace and tranquility, chairperson of the Group Adams Otakwu called for peaceful coexistence,greater understanding and cooperation between citizens,civil society and the armed forces. Otakwu also raised concerns over the stance of the international community in the End SARS protest episode. The Group further warned against sectional propaganda and it’s implication to national growth and development.
