The Nigerian military has rescued 32 kidnapped Persons in Logo Local Government Area of Benue State. The feet was achieved through one of its coordinated operations to rid criminal elements in the society. Addressing the weekly news conference at the Defence Headquarters in Abuja, the Coordinator, Defence Media Operation, Maj. General John Enenche said, 17 armed bandits were also killed by troops of operation SAHEL SANITY in Shimfida village of Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State as large cachê of ammunition recovered and 8 bandits arrested. He said troops in the south south region also discovered illegal refinery site with an estimated 300,000 litres of illegal refined Automotive Gas Oil (AGO). Maj General Enenche however, reassured Nigerians that the armed forces will remain resolute and decisive in curtailing the activities of all criminal elements.
