Breaking: End Of Road To Sanusi As Ganduje Dethrones Him As Emir Of Kano

The Kano state Government has dethroned former Governor of Central Bank Mohammad Sanusi the second as Emir of Kano. Reasons for the Emirs sack according to the Secretary of the state Government, Alhaji Usman Alhaji includes his total disrespect for lawful instructions from the state Governor and other authorities. Others include his consistent refusal to attend official meetings and programmes organised by the state government without any justification. The SSG stated that the action which became very necessary to safeguard the sanctity,culture,religion and prestige of the Kano emirate built over a thousand years was carried out after due consultations with relevant stakeholders and incompliance with part three,section 13 of the Kano state emirate law 2019. The state government however called on the public to remain calm and go about their normal business as a new Emir of Kano emirate will soon be appointed.
