Nigeria is presently losing about $10 billion of it tax returns through illicit profit shifting by multinational corporations operating in the country. The Executive Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Muhammad Nami who disclosed this in Abuja at the opening of a three day retreat on the Service’s 2020 Corporate Plan said the multi billion dollar leakages if applied could lead to critical infrastructure development by the three tiers of government.
