Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission says it will continue to provide efficient and effective registration as well as regulatory services to meet the expectations the business community. The CAC Acting Registrar General, Lady Azuka Azinge who gave the assurance in Abuja at the pioneer training at the commission’s training school for Companies Directors, Secretaries and other stakeholders took time to speak on the benefits the country stands to derive if the Company and Allied Matters Act is sign into law by President Muhammadu Buhari. Lady Azinge however, reminded the participants of their pivotal roles in the nation’s corporate governance environment considering the impact of the socio-political, economic and cultural factors that enhance good governance
