Just In: Kogi & Bayelsa States Governorship Polls Shall Be Hitch-Free – INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission only recently met with Election Stakeholders Ranging from Election Observes, officials, party agents, the media amongst others to review and extract ideas to better the nation’s electoral system. The Commission at the end of the consultations reaffirmed its commitment to maximally put into use all recommendations generated into the forthcoming Kogi and Bayelsa States Governorship Election come November 16. At stakeholders roundtable meeting organised by the Centre for Transparency and Advocacy, INEC National Commissioner, Mrs May Agbamuche said the Commission has already set the ball rolling for a hitch free conduct of the election.
