The death of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria Deputy Director General, Elizabeth Ndubuisi-Chukwu in South Africa, has continued to stir controversies. Mrs Ndubuisi-Chukwu was said to have mysteriously lost her life in her hotel room in Kempton park, Gauteng province of the Southern African country, while attending a conference. To further fast track investigations to unravel the puzzle surrounding her death, chairman of the Nigerians In Diaspora Commission, NIDCOM, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, held a closed door session with members of the South African High Commission alongside Chiedu Ndubuisi, brother of the deceased. Briefing the media afterwards, the NIDCOM boss called on the South African government to redouble efforts towards investigating the circumstances which led to Elizabeth’s demise.
