Just in: Nigeria’s Civil Defense Corps Set To Begin Forensic Profiling of Prospective Personnels

The Nigeria Security and civil defense corps as concluded plans to commence forensic and psychological profiling of it’s prospective personnel. This decision was reached following the tragic Incident where a personnel of the Corps named, Mamman Wuyah, alongside a Korean, Taekkun Kang was killed by his colleague while on guard duty at the Lagos Deep Offshore logistics Free Zone, Tarkwa Bay Island in Lagos State. This gruesome action led to his dismissal by the Corps even as the Nigerian Police took over the investigation. While addressing pressmen in Abuja, Assistant Commandant General of The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence corps (NSCDC), Jonathan Iyogo said the directive will prevent similar occurrences in the future. He added that the forensic profiling which is at zero cost covers all employees of the Corps. Iyogo assured of the Corps commitment to the safety of lives and properties.
