A coalition of Civil Society and Youth Groups across the country have indicated plans to launch a massive campaign against crude oil vandals and saboteurs.
The Coalition in a solidarity match to the premises of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation limited in Abuja, said the move is in view of alleged plans by some interest to work against the NNPCL leadership and the president Tinubu administration.
Briefing Journalists, spokesperson of the Group, Ambassador Adodo Solomon said the rationale for the campaign is to check the activities of crude oil thieves and save money for the government to deliver on its promises to the people.
Recall, Nigeria has lost billions of dollars to crude oil theft, a narrative the coalition is committed to change.
