As part of efforts to keep Nigerians abreast on its special operation, nicknamed ‘Puff Adder’, the Nigerian Police force courtesy of the collaboration between the Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team, IRT, and Special Task Squad, STS, paraded 38 suspected criminals for various offences. The suspects were detained on allegations ranging from gun running, kidnapping, armed robbery, impersonation and other related offences. Speaking at the parade of the suspects in Abuja, Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, shed light on some of the new tactics used by criminals to dupe unsuspecting victims.
