As the curtain draws to a close on the eight-years administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, reactions have started trailing the performance of the out going president.
Across sections of Nigerians who spoke to Channel Network Afrique on the street of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, expressed different views on how Buhari has performed in his last eight Years In office.
While some Abuja residents scored Buhari’s performance poorly especially in the areas of the fight against corruption, education, security and others, some other residents were quick to say that the president has performed well in the area of infrastructure development.
Buhari’s penchant attitude of borrowing and incurring debt to Nigerians however received bashing from the angry Nigerians.
The Incoming administration has been advised by Nigerians to work on its mandates and promises to the people as well as improve on areas the outgoing administration has failed.
President Muhammadu Buhari no doubt will be handing over the baton to the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on Monday, May 29th, 2023 after running the affairs of Nigeria for eight years since 2015.
