The Coalition of Northern Groups, CNG says it will not accept any attempt by individual or group to scuttle the scheduled handover of leadership to the newly elected President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governors come May 29.
The spokesperson of CNG Abdul- Azeez Suleiman, read the riot act at a news conference in Abuja. He said the group is concern with the growing atmosphere of uncertainties created by some individuals regarding the transition to a new administration as hinted by some of the nations apex security agencies.
The group also call on the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration to clear itself of all pending alleged corruption related cases before bowing out of office.
The coalition however, condemned Nigeria’s increasing debt burden.
