The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission(NCPC), Rev. Yakubu Pam has indicated plans to commence direct airlifting of pilgrims to Israel.
Rev Pam disclosed this while addressing the 9th batch of the December 2022 pilgrims at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
He used the occasion to highlight some of the clause attached to the agreement aimed at ensuring a seamless air lifting exercise to the holy land.
The NCPC Boss also advised the pilgrims to pray for the peace and unity of Nigeria.
A total of 290 pilgrims from Plateau and Kaduna States were airlifted to the holy land of Israel.
