The West African Civil Society Forum (WACSOF) has call on the Independent Electoral Commission to fine tune and expand data capacity before the governorship and State Assembly elections.
The WACSOF National Coordinator, Olatunji David, who made the call at a news conference in Abuja, to give update on its observation at the February 25 Presidential election, urged INEC to address every technical glitches that may impede results upload as stipulated in the Electoral guidelines.
Calling on the electorate to come out en mass to exercise the civic responsibility, Mr. David expressed dismay over INEC’s refusal to address concerns raised at the poll before declaring the winner of the election.
The Governorship and State Assembly elections is scheduled for March 11, 2023.
