The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented a Certificate of Return to Bola Tinubu, the winner of the February 25, presidential elections.
The certificate was presented to Tinubu by the INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
The President Elect in his remarks said the certificate of return symbolized the country’s collective democratic attainment and greater aspirations.
Tinubu further called on Nigerians to support him in efforts to make the Nation great again.
The APC presidential candidate was declared the winner of the Saturday, February 25 poll, garnering 8,794,726 votes to defeat his closest rival, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, who scored 6,984,520.
