With barely five days to the 2023 general elections, the African Democratic Congress has endorsed the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and his vice Ahmed Datti as well as formed a Star Alliance for the purpose of ensuring victory. Speaking at the ceremony held in Abuja, the Chairman, ADC Board of Trustees,Ibrahim Mani said the Obi-Datti candidacy was endorsed after due deligence and critical assessment of all the presidential candidates.
He urged Nigerians to vote enmass for Peter Obi as his manifesto is tailored towards repositioning the nation for true greatness and economic emancipation.
In his remarks, the Director General of the Labour Party Campaign Organisation, Pat Utomi says Nigerians deserves a new beginning and as such must make a history that will birth a new Nigeria through their votes.
Highpoint of the ceremony was the endorsement of the Obi-Datti movement and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by members of the Star Alliance which the ADC stated is significant in championing the desired victory in the February 25th elections.
