The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC has disclosed plans of partnership with the Boys’ Brigade of Nigeria to promote peace and unity in the Body of Christ.
The Executive Secretary,NCPC, Rev Yakubu Pam disclosed this when the leadership of the Boys Brigade paid him a courtesy visit at the Commissions headquarters in Abuja.
While lauding the efforts of the Boys’ Brigade in maintaining the culture of discipline over the years, the NCPC boss stated that the collaboration will advance the cause of christianity in Nigeria.
He however urged the new leadership of the Nigerian Boys Brigade to be dedicated to the vineyard of Christ and promote values that will continue to unite the Church.
Earlier, the National President of the Boys’ Brigade of Nigeria, prof.Samson Duna who stated that the Brigade has provided leadership training to youths assured that they would add value to the services of the Commission in meaningful areas.
The partnership is expected to reduce the trend of criminalities among youths in the society.
