An Abuja Federal High Court has adjourned the arraignment Of the Director General ,National Broadcasting Commission, Ishaq Kawu and two others, till May 2 2019. Presiding judge, Justice Folashade Ogunjobi-Giwa adjourned the matter due to the absence of the third defendant, Dipo Onifade. Defence counsel, Alex Izinyon, who applied for adjournment stated that the third defendant was on his way from Kaduna and as such could not make it to court.
