Education is the bedrock of every develop country in the world, and also the process of facilitating learning, acquisition of knowledge,as well as skills. The 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria also recognize the importance of education and highlights the need for the society to regards it as a non transferable right of all citizens. Keying into this concept, the Defence and Police Officers Wives Association donated both infrastructural and laboratory equipments to Depowa school located in the Mogadishu cantonment in Abuja. In her remarks,president of the association, Mrs Omobolanle Olonisakin said the gesture will help the pupils and student attain quality and competitive education inline with global best practices.
