The Federal Government has assured of continuous support of Privatization and commercialization of critical sectors that pose huge financial burden as part of efforts to boost the nations socio- economic, growth and development agend

Dr. Adeleke Mamora gave the indication at the official presentation of the Full Business Case (FBC) certificates for the Public Private Partnership in Abuja.

The two projects to be concessioned are Planetarium and Broadband facility with specialized theatre that aids projection of the solar system galaxy and universe.

Mamora who described the initiative apt said it will create platform of gathering intelligent information on ways to tackle critical challenges retarding the growth and development of the country.

He further assured of the ministry’s unflinching support to ensure the goals of the initiative are realized. Meanwhile,the Director General, National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) Dr.Halilu Shaba in his remarks said the two projects when operationalized will contribute significantly to knowledge about space and astronomy as well as create jobs for Nigerians.

The Project which is expected to attract foreign investors is expected to generate about 28 billion Naira to the government coffers.
