88,000 Sit For 2022 NABTEB Examination Nationwide.

Education minister, Mallam Adamu Adamu has commended the conduct of the ongoing National Business and Technical Examination across the country.

Information from the National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) indicates that over 87,000 thousand candidates registered for the examination expected to run from 20th june to 16th July 2022.

Mallam Adamu who monitored the examination along side officials of the ministry and NABTEB in some select centres in Abuja also applauded the examination body for a job welldone Represented by David Gende, Director of Human Resources at the ministry, the Gende called for an end to the demeaning of NABTEB Certificate even as he stressed the need for continuous support and promotion of technical education and skills acquisition in Nigeria.

On her part, the Registrar of NABTEB, Prof. Ifeoma Abanihe, said the board in recent times had experienced an increase in enrolment of Technical and Vocational Education and Training due to interest in technical education among the youths. Some of the schools visited by the ministerial team includes federal Technical college orozo, and Government science Technical college, Garki, Abuja.
