The All Progressives Congress(APC) has inaugurated 86 member National Campaign Council for the 16 July Osun state Governorship election.
The APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu while inaugurating the campaign council at the Party’s headquarters in Abuja charged them with the responsibility of ensuring the party wins the next month Governorship election within the confines of the law.
Adamu who emphasized the party new leadership zero tolerance for failure added that the ability to win elections especially at the state levels is a forbearer to the 2023 Presidential election.
Speaking on behalf of the Osun Governorship Campaign Council, the Co chairman and Governor of Kano State,Abdaullahi Ganduje assured of their commitment to deliver Osun state to the party.
The 86-member Osun state governorship campaign council co-chaired by Lagos and Kano state governors respectively has as it co vice Chairmen the Governors of Niger, Ekiti, Kebbi, Jigawa, Kaduna, Borno,Kogi,Gombe, Katsina, Kwara, Nasarawa, Ondo, Ogun, Imo, Plateau, Yobe, Cross River, and Zamfara states including the president of the Senate and speaker of the House of Representatives.
