Security agencies have been advised to conduct themselves in a non partisan and professional manner as the independent national electoral commission conduct supplementary elections on Saturday March 23. The elections would be conducted in Bauchi, Benue, Kano, plateau and Soto states as well as some area councils in the federal capital territory. Addressing a news conference in Abuja, convener of the Nigeria Civil society situation room, Clement Nwankwu urged the agencies to commit to steps that would build the confidence of Nigerians on the electoral process.
