Ahead of the 2023 General Elections, the All Progressives Congress’ National Working Committee says nomination forms would be made free for female aspirants of the party.
The National Women Leader of the party, Beta Edu made this known at a news conference at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja.
She said the decision was part of Senator, Abdullahi Adamu led National Working Committee’s efforts to get women involved in politics as well as end women’s marginalisation.
While urging women to get involve in series of processes that would culminate to the 2023 elections the women leader said the ruling party is offering the women what is greater than 35 percent affirmative action.
