Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Ododo, has pledged to deliver the state for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Governor Ododo made this commitment during a courtesy visit to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja.
The Governor commended President Tinubu’s bold economic reforms, saying that the policies are beginning to yield the desired results and will speak volumes at the polls in 2027.
The Governor said the visit to the APC Secretariat was to appreciate the party’s leadership for its unwavering support to his administration and to highlight some of the achievements recorded over the past 14 months.
In his remarks, APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, praised Governor Ododo for the developmental strides in Kogi State and for maintaining a harmonious relationship with his predecessor, Yahaya Bello.
Governor Ododo was accompanied on the visit by members of the State Executive Council, federal and state lawmakers, top government functionaries, and party faithful.
