Ahead of the 2023 General elections, the New Nigeria People’s Party NNPC says it is on a rescue mission to redirect the state of the Nation. National Publicity Secretary, Caretaker Committee of the party, Agbo Major gave the indication at a news conference in Abuja.
He said the party is undertaking ongoing alignment and realignment of political forces with the sole desire to win future elections and salvage Nigeria from it’s present woes.
Major further indicated that the NNPP has become the beautiful bride of Nigeria’s democracy inview of recent consultations that saw the likes of former Governor of Kano State Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso and others embracing the party.
The party spokesman also welcomed the coming of a new electoral law with key clauses that include transmission of election results among others saying it behold on INEC to do the needful.
The NNPP as part of preparation for the 2023 general elections has fixed march 30th for it’s national convention.
