The federal government says it has concluded arrangement to launch a budget transparency app in 2022. Minister of State, Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Agba disclosed this at the 11th Open Government partnership leadership committee meeting in Abuja. Agba said that the App which will be launched in the month of March will enable citizens to independently monitor and report progress of projects implementation as captured in the budget. The App is expected to come with full geo-referencing capacities to guide against frivolous use.
